Producing in the dead of winter
The same kind of system, in January. Cold does not hurt module output: snow cover is what decides.

A photovoltaic module performs better in the cold than in a heatwave. The real winter problem is not temperature, it is snow covering the surface and the short days.
That is why these structures are tilted and raised: snow slides off, and whatever stays is cleared in minutes from the ground. A flat array would have spent the winter buried.
