Assembling the mounting structure
From bare posts to mounted modules: the part of the job nobody sees once the system runs.

The structure goes up first, empty, then the modules are fitted row by row from scaffolding. Assembling low and lifting afterwards costs time but avoids handling a twenty-kilo module at height.
This stage decides how long the installation lasts. An undersized anchor or a loose bolt does not show in the first year; it shows in the first ice storm.
